Southern, Family-Style Tasting Menu in NYC

Jean-Paul Bourgeois is a genius. 

I took this series of images on assignment for a Taste Talks article written by Talia Ralph. Luckily, I was a guest at a table of eaters willing to wait to reach into each dish until after I snapped a photo. Working aside, this is one of my favorite meals of all time. Get thee to Blue Smoke and see for yourself.
